How to add amazing radiance to your face skin?

Healthy, lovely skin is radiant and free from any blemishes. The appearance of your skin depends on its type, color and – what’s the most important – skin care routine that you follow. Check what to do to make your face boast a natural healthy shine.

How to add radiance to your face skin?

Determining your skin type should be the first step. This lets you customize skin care to your needs and achieve the wanted lovely face glow.

  1. Oily skin suffers from unhealthy shine because of sebum excess, blackheads, pimples. You should choose oil-free, fast-absorbing, gel formulas. Avoid cocoa butter, cinnamon and coconut oil.
  2. Dry skin is irritated, flaky, tight-feeling. You need water and oil-based products and antioxidants. Avoid cosmetics that contain alcohols, acids, glycerin and collagen.
  3. Combination skin is dry/normal on the cheeks and oily in the T zone. Use gentle cleansers and oil-free products. Avoid face over-washing.
  4. Sensitive skin is easily irritated and affected by impurities. Sensitive skin care should feature products free from aromas and mineral oil. Use hypoallergenic delicate formulas with few ingredients. Avoid cosmetics containing alcohols, acids and dehydrating antibacterial products.
  5. Aging skin’s characteristic features include lack of elasticity, wrinkles, age spots, etc. Pick products that abound in antioxidants and stimulate production of collagen, and avoid hot water, mineral oil and alcohol-based products.

Intensify the glow!

If you want to add radiance to your skin, you need to define its tone, and then choose the right products. Very light and light-colored skins make a perfect match with silver particles, light pink or peach bronzers. Light brown and brown skin looks well wearing gold-finish and coral or copper bronzers. Very dark skin goes with caramel particles and red or amber-colored bronzers.

Check your phototype

Skin glow also depends on your phototype and sun protection you use. If you’re phototype 1, 2 or 3, you should use a lightweight SPF 50 sunblock. Type 4, 5 and 6 should be protected with SPF 30 (sunblock spray works well).
