Hey everyone!
I know that many of you consider the subject of beauty oils as so-last-year because everybody has been talking about them constantly. However, there are some people who haven’t heard about the power of beauty oils – seriously. Besides, there are new beauty treatments being constantly developed that require us to use beauty oils. Therefore, if you want to know whether it’s a good idea to cleanse your face with oils, how to combat uncontrolled hair loss and how to remove cellulite – go on reading.
Natural beauty oils. What are these?
Greasy liquids that are pressed from seeds and kernels are what we call beauty oils. The pressing though is carried out in a special way, therefore beauty oils shouldn’t be confused with cooking oils. It should be realized that beauty oils aren’t suitable for cooking, they are unrefined and cold-pressed in order to help them preserve the precious substances that they possess. This is how they are full of valuable nutrients that the whole world loves them for!
Why do natural beauty oils work so well?
The huge portion of phytosterols and flavonoids, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals make natural beauty oils an irreplaceable element of personal care. Just imagine somebody giving you a cosmetic that has the PERFECT COMPOSITION. A cosmetic that doesn’t trigger allergic reactions and is free from parabens. A cosmetic that is entirely made from substances that do nothing but improve your skin, nails and hair.
How to make use of beauty oils in daily beauty routine?
Oil hair mask to improve hair growth and provide hair reinforcement
This is absolutely the best hair mask I’ve ever had on my head. Girls who regularly expose their strands to hair oil treatment know what I’m talking about right now. In short, you achieve the effect of ultra smooth, soft, glossy and bouncy hair. Also, hair wins nourishment and moisturizing providing you treat it with oils systematically. Such hair mask can be applied to scalp too. This reinforces the follicles and prevents hair loss. Additionally, natural beauty oils are able to improve hair growth and make the strands grow noticeably stronger and healthier. Last but not least, natural oils are powerful enough to shield hair from the adverse effects of unfavorable weather conditions.
OCM – The perfect face cleansing
Have you heard about OCM? I’m sure that at least a half of you know what OCM is since almost every other blogger and vlogger recommends this method of face cleansing, don’t they? At the beginning I was rather skeptical when it comes to this method because my face skin is oily by nature, therefore it was hard for me to believe that applying oils to my already oily skin would give me positive effects. I was convinced that my face would become even more oily and I would end up with my face shining uncontrollably.
However, I started taking an interest in the natural oils and I learnt that many of them neither make skin more oily nor lubricate skin the way we think they do. To make it simple, natural oils regulate and balance sebum levels, which is really important especially when your skin type is oily.
Therefore, I decided to blend natural oils myself to carry out OCM at home. I used castor oil (it’s the base ingredient of all OCM blends) and combined it with argan and jojoba oil, which are my two tried and tested beauty oils. Trust me, cleaning your face due to OCM is simple. Not only do the oils attract all the impurities that shouldn’t residue on your skin’s surface but also they unclog and close skin pores. Moreover, natural oils take care of and soothe skin, protect it from damage. Yet, this is a topic that should be explored in a separate article 🙂
Oil treatment for damaged nails
Do you frequently complaint about weak nails? Perhaps those of you who wear gel manicure are well-familiar with the issue of brittle, thin and dehydrated fingernails. Luckily, you can rebuild the fatigued nails really fast. And I’m NOT talking about these easily-accessible nail conditioners that are just translucent nail polishes, but about warm oils. Combine them with honey and lemon juice. Keep observing your nails to see how they transform, gradually become stronger and more beautiful.
What oil would I recommend you to fix your damaged fingernails with? To me, it’s castor oil combined with olive oil. Keep your nails drowned in such blend for 10-15 minutes every evening. It will take you no longer than 5 days to be satisfied with the effects.
Oils as the constituents of face masks
I will never mix my clay face mask with water again. Since I found out that oils combine well with cosmetic clays, I’ve been using them to create my homemade face masks. I enrich the masks with lavender water, however, this ingredient isn’t that crucial. In most cases I just go for a beauty oil (either argan or jojoba) and white cosmetic clay that I simply adore. This combo offers me one of the best forms of face cleansing, nourishment and relief. Actually, natural beauty oils also display protecting and anti-ageing properties which obviously becomes clear to notice if you keep treating your skin with such face mask regularly.
Do you use natural oils? Do you have any other idea on how to introduce natural beauty oils into our daily beauty routine?
